Bryony Bateson is the latest to join the National Rust and will be reporting on athletics. A graduate of Loughborough College , she ran for Thames Valley Harriers and was called up for the Team England squad in her discipline of 800 metres. She set up a successful Internet holiday letting business and lives like many of her colleagues on the south coast.
