Exasperation

One of the issues we often address on the Rust is the interference of the Internet and automatic voice response into customer relations. Yesterday I got no Sky signal which I attributed to the adverse weather. In such moments I fiddle with the cables loosely referred to as rebooting which normally achieves proper service. This time the sign appeared saying  “search initialling” and nothing further. I duly called Sky customer relations.  A Scottish automatic voice asked me various questions and all I wanted to do is to speak to a human being. At various points I was advised to use their website. Eventually I got through to an operator who tried to assist. She eventually said I would need a engineer and the first appointment would be next Thursday. When I expressed my annoyance I was offered a M & S gift voucher for £25. I would prefer a television that works.
