Only one in three?!?!?

Apart possibly from corporate organisations’ automated phone call systems that never let the customer speak to a human being, the biggest scourge upon the average member of the British public’s “quiet enjoyment of life as it should be lived” must surely be the existence of people who ride bicycles – and indeed the extent to which the both national and local governmental agencies are in thrall to the “woke/diversity/eco-activist” lobbies that cause hundreds of millions of pounds to be spent annually on cyclist-friendly city lanes and traffic systems designed to simultaneously hinder motor vehicles and promote the cause of cycling upon our roads.

Today I spotted the following report – detailing the result of new research that demonstrates that 70% of British motorists want it made mandatory for cyclists to have fully-paid-up road insurance and one in three want cyclists kept off the highways and instead confined to  cycle paths.
