The Tanner Report
Fulham are 6th in the Premiership.
After disappointing results against Manchester Utd and West Ham we have beaten Newcastle and Nottingham Forest – both previously unbeaten- and are playing well.
The new signings Emile Smith Rowe and Joachim Andersen have bedded in well and Raul Jimenez has netted 3 goals.
Traoré has added better decision-making to this pace and power. There is a doggedness to achieving results – as at the City Ground Nottingham last Saturday – by playing ‘ugly’.
The shadow of the Al Fayed allegations do hang over the club.
Fulham, like most clubs is still male orientated.
Al Fayed did not spend much time there so I doubt whether any Fulham claim for predatory sexual behaviour would get off the ground.
